I've been ignoring this for a while already, but there's just something that I've noted. Some of you order your costumes in a team and have one representative do and ordering and what-not. I understand that sometimes it's easier to plan that way. But I don't appreciate it when I get misquoted.
On your own team threads you go, "Tessie says this", "Tessie says that" etc etc. And I do know what I've said and have not said, and I do browse through SGCafe still to look at the team threads of people who order from us.
As a team leader, your team looks up to you and trust you to do all correspondence honestly. If you quote them a higher price than I quote you, then you've betrayed their trust. If you collect money from them saying that I asked for it, then you've betrayed both the trust of your teammates and me. What happens within your team stays within your team mostly, but when it affects the reputation of myself and my shop, then I feel that I have the right to step in.
Just some things regarding one particular incident:
1. Except for reservations, I NEVER ask for a deposit. If you can make your order and payment in time before the batch closes, then you are in. If you can't, then you just have to wait for the next batch. I do not hold slots for people in the next batch unless otherwise stated in public.
2. I DO NOT collect shipping until you collect your costume because shipping is sometimes more than what I originally quoted due to custom tax and whatever not.
The culprit knows who I'm talking about, and I'm honestly quite tempted to contact your team members individually to discuss this issue. I'd highly suggest you clear things up with them before I do so.
