It depends on what design your shoe is what. If you want to order thigh high boots, unless your school shoes are also thigh high, you cannot use your school shoes to measure!!!

Your shoe size is so that we know how long and how wide the shoes should be. The heel height is for us to know how much extra height you want the shoes to give you. What else can the "shoe height" ask for?
