[To Aru Majutsu no Index][Accelerator Costume ver. 2]

Hi. I'm interested in doing a To Aru cosplay as the character Accelerator. I need a quotation on the shirt, mainly. Here are some reference pictures, I hope they can suffice:







I'm not sure if this'll come off as a bit nitpicky, but I'd like to emphasise how the shirt is sort of a plain clothes material, and ideally slim fit, since Accelerator's build is very skinny.

I was intending to search for the pants myself, but I'd like a quotation on that just to be sure. Note that he has, like, black bands on his legs.

I was also hoping you could give me a quotation on his walking stick. The reference design on the plate section of the stick should look like the sketch in the middle of:
