Neither CCKids or Fantasy Sheep have the Miku wig in white. So I'd suggest you get a long white wig and tie.

CCKids have this which I recommend because it's heat resistant and easier for styling. It's $42.

A slightly cheaper option will be FS's wig here, also 1m long at $35, but it's not heat resistant.
