We are located over in Singapore, but our tailor is over in China (which would explain why our prices are comparatively lower as materials are cheaper over in China.) What this effectively means is that overseas customers will have to cover two sets of shipping: from our tailor in China to us in Singapore, and then from Singapore to United States (or wherever you are at).
The ordering process for customers not located in Singapore is as follows:
1. Fill up the order form with your contact details and measurements. We will send you an invoice after we have confirmed your order.
2. Make payment for the costume(s) via Paypal (we accept both CC and non-CC paypal payment)
3. We will send you the pictures of the costumes after it is done. It usually takes around 3 - 4 weeks.
4. If there is nothing that needs altering, we will proceed to weigh it at the post office and send you an invoice for shipping costs.
5. Make payment for shipping via Paypal.
6. We ship it out to you within 72 hours.
We ship via registered airmail. There will be a registered number, but there will not be a tracking number. It takes 10 - 14 working days to reach USA and Europe. If you want tracking number, you can opt for EMS, which will take only 2 - 4 days to arrive. But the shipping cost will be higher.
As the pricing and procedures for customers located outside Singapore are different, please email me directly at tnarcheska@yahoo.com.sg for the pricing of your costume instead of making any posts on the forum. This forum is for customers located in Singapore only.
