Details (Please do read through the whole thing.)

Not including brooch and clasp of the cloak thingy, silver metal thingy on the boobies, gloves, wand, gold coloured design at the front of the dress.

So it's basically a dress with a capelet, that's it, yay!

The chest part of the dress, please leave the silver metal part as white cloth so we can stick a silver thing on.

To hold the front part up I think you need to insert boning and stuff.. The bottom of the middle white part is pointing outwards at the sides, like an axe-shape. There's 3 gold lines instead of one at the sides.

Also, the back part of the dress is a darker brown than the front part, I think it's the same colour as the capelet. It ends at about midshin length, the front is midthigh.

For the capelet, you can put fur trimming around the edges only and leave the inside as plain white cloth so that it's cheaper. For the fastening part, just some simple button will do, so we can mod the eye-shaped clasp over.

The cups of the dress would just be cut and sewn like bra cups, rather than boned. Quite similar to what we have done here. And we might need to meet up to pick out the colors for the dress? Since you say there are different shades of brown. A drawing of the back would be nice as well, so that I can point out to the tailor the difference in colors and all.
