if possible can you like make it a full body suit or a two-piece that is body hugging...nt very body hugging...ref. to 2nd last pic...its like kinda loose but sticks to the body...erm...and includ. boot covers...thx...

Like the tube top, the bikini bottom and the boot covers? The tube top and the boot covers won't really be a problem. But the bikini bottom may not fit well due to the nature of it.

what i meant was like the top is the shirt with the stuffings in the hands...can just make a round necked one...i can handle the part with the gold thingy at the neck...and the bottoms is like pants with the bikini bottom attached...
oh and what abt the hat?

No because they are skin colored and will have to match the color of your skin, which is IMPOSSIBLE to do with an overseas tailor.

then can you ask for them to make it like kinda light beige or something like that...then i match my skin to that colour...since its only the face that needs makeup...
