I found this image~ but it's quite small >_< I think is high collar~ Hopefully it helps~

No, I still can't see how the collar look like. Is it a mandarin collar? Or a normal shirt collar? Or what?

And I'm not really sure which type of collar it is~ I will try to find some more~ I think it's like that kind of nun costume like that~
